The place is very much in need of a renovation, but because of that it's cheaper than a lot of the hotels in Grant's Pass. Michael was super helpful when checking me in. I had stuff that I didn't want to unload from my car. He got me a parking space that the security cameras had a good view of. I was surprised by how safe I felt and by how well I slept. Thank you very much Michael!
It was a decent hotel for price. You can't expect extremely good service. The whole staff was nice when I needed them. I heard people complaining about the dumbest stuff that they could have fixed in one second. So really good hotel! The rooms were comfortable
Very friendly, welcoming, & accommodating given this was a very late at night, last minute desicion on our part to get a room & some sleep instead of risking falling asleep behind the wheel. We were thankful for the clean, quiet room & big comfy bed. Unfortunately we didn't get to utilize the motel much more than that because we were up & back on the road before the sun came up. But I would definitely consider staying there again when in Grant's Pass.
